At the evening of February 4, 2022, the Opening Ceremony of the XXIV Winter Olympic Games was Held at Beijing National Stadium. A long-awaited ice and snow event was officially kicked off. 



Entrusted by the National Meteorological Department, the technical team brought the Doppler Wind Lidar whcih jointly developed by Qingdao Leice and Ocean University of China, to provide meteorological support for the opening ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympics. Since 2020, Doppler LiDAR has been deployed in the "Bird's Nest", and has carried out long-term, high-precision continuous observations of the micro-scale three-dimensional wind fields inside and outside the venue, providing accurate historical and The real-time observation data ensured the smooth holding of the opening ceremony! We have contributed to the beautiful vision of the "Science and Technology Winter Olympics"!

During the Winter Olympics, Leice also deployed a number of Doppler lidars to carry out business operations in Beijing, Hebei, Tianjin and other places, escorting the smooth holding of various Winter Olympics events. After the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the 2010 Asian Games, and the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, Leice once again successfully completed the task of guaranteeing major national events.
